Washing Instructions: 
Rinse in cold water before washing.
Machine wash at 40 degrees or hand wash.
Leave to hang dry or spin dry twice to save time.
DO NOT iron and DO NOT  use fabric conditioner or bleach.
DO NOT tumble dry or  put your pants on the radiator to dry. In winter when you can not hang them outside, turn the pants inside out so the 4 layers can dry quicker.
